The Town of Southbridge invites sealed bids for the Abatement and Demo at 129 Worcester St, Southbridge MA 01550 in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc.

General Bids will be received until 3:00 PM on Wed. JUNE 7, 2023 and will be publicly opened. 

A Non-Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the demo site, 129 Worcester St.  

Bid Documents are available online free of charge at www.atjplanroom.com, click on Public Jobs and then the project name. Drawings and specifications will be available to view and download. To download you must register for a free account, which will place you on the plan holders list to receive Addenda when issued. 

Bidders may obtain hardcopies of Bid Documents for the non-refundable cost of printing, sales tax plus shipping. Documents may be purchased from Andrew T. Johnson Company, 15 Tremont Place, Boston, MA 02108. 

The Contract Documents may be examined at, but not removed from, the Town Manager's Office at 41 Elm Street, Southbridge, MA, 01550 during normal business hours.
