For those who are seasoned coaches or anyone considering dipping into athlethic coaching - Learn To Lead Like A Pro - a talk by Matthew Raidbard. Presented with the Southbridge Recreation department on Thursday, March 30th at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. With each passing year athletic coaches, at all levels of sports, are asked to take on increased leadership responsibilities for their athletes and teams. This talk is designed specifically for athletic coaches to provide them with foundational leadership knowledge and teach them techniques they can use to practice the best leadership style and behaviors that align with their personal values and beliefs.
