The Southbridge Police Department currently utilizes Special Traffic Constables who supplement the department with traffic functions. Special Traffic Constables must complete traffic safety classes along with being CPR certified yearly and must have public safety experience. Lieutenant Robert Salisbury serves as the coordinator.
