Make Southbridge Home! NOW!

THE NEW SOUTHBRIDGE MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL OPENED ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2012 … Click to enter the school system’s website!

What is "Make Southbridge Home"?

The Town of Southbridge is happy to announce our partnership with local Financial Institutions, Real Estate Professionals, Attorneys and Merchants to preserve and promote home ownership in Southbridge together under one site. The effort is called "Make Southbridge Home".

Four Financial Institutions offer a wide range of responsible mortgage products to help you meet your homeownership goals. We encourage you to visit their web sites and make appointments to learn more about each one’s offerings so you can compare and make the right decision based on your specific need.

To qualify, you don't have to be a first-time homebuyer! However, you must reside in the home upon purchase. To see the latest offerings, click here (updated 3/2014).

To start the process, we encourage you to attend an orientation session at the Southbridge HomeOwnership Center, 41 Elm Street, in Southbridge. Please call 508-764-5402 to register for the next available class or visit NeighborWorks at www.hocw.net

The Town of Southbridge offers a Housing Rehabilitation Program to assist qualified homeowners of one year or more with correcting code violations. Call 508-764-5402 with any questions.

We look forward to working with our partners to promote and improve our community, and if you are considering purchasing a home, we ask you to join us in "Making Southbridge Home."
